2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners and three unknown persons kidnapped the informant on the strength of arms and took the informant to their village and forcibly solemnized his marriage

4. It is submitted that petitioners are uncle and cousin brother of Shweta Chandra whose marriage was solemnized with the informant. The informant is a government teacher and has got no concerned with the alleged occurrence.. It is further submitted that F.I.R has been lodged after the lapse of 7 months for which there is no plausible explanation. Chances of embellishment and improvisation renders the prosecution case doubtful. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the inordinate delay in lodging of the F.I.R and clean antecedent of these petitioners and also the circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A . C . J . M-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No . 30 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of
