1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Rabindra Kumar.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 05.03.2026, when he was at his home when Vipin (petitioner), Rajiv, Rani, Karishma and Sarita came to his house and abused and assaulted, on account of which, he received injury on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44291 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that from side of the petitioner Manpur P.S. Case No.51 of 2026 is instituted against the informant and his side. It is also submitted that no reason or motive has been assigned for the occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is not a criminal.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.52 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
