This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P. S. Case No. 302 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per informant is that he kept the tailor of his tractor near the house of one Ram Nath but afterwards he found it missing from there.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither he is named in the FIR nor any recovery is made from his possession. He is in custody since 09.11.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1395 of 2018(3) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda, in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P. S. Case no. 302 of 2017.
