2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of son of informant with spade.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are agnates and due to petty dispute, an altercation took place between them, as a result of which, both parties sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S.
