Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner gave knife blow to the informant and to the brother-in-law of the informant. Injury caused in the abdomen of brother-in-law of the informant was found to be grivous injury. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
