Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Naurangiya P.S. Case No.17 of 2016, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's father went somewhere else and did not return in the night. In the morning hours his dead body was found and FIR was registered against unknown.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except suspicion being raised, being involved in the murder because of having illicit relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2017 and she has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56774 of 2017 (4) dt.16-01-2018 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Shivraji Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Naurangiya P.S. Case No.17 of 2016.
