2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the description of the petitioner regarding his residential Police Station in the petition.

3. The office is directed to act accordingly.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town/Nagar P.S. Case No. 680 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B),(ii) and 22(A) of the NDPS Act.

5. 5.6 gram of smack has been recovered from the petitioner who is in custody since 25.12.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43922 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 of smack, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai, District-Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with Town/Nagar P.S. Case No. 680 of 2024.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Town Thana Police Station, District- Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
