The petitioner has moved before this Court for quashing of the order dated 26.7.2019 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari (East Champaran) in Palanwa P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 by which cognizance was taken under sections 193, 199, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission for withdrawal of the case to pursue all the points at the time of framing of charge.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55024 of 2021(3) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 Permission is granted. The application stands withdrawn.

Accordingly, the application preferred under section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
