The present contempt application has been preferred for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willfully defying the order dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9101 of 2020 with observation to the Additional Collector, Supaul to conclude the matter within a period of six months after noticing and hearing all the necessary parties on the application alongwith the relevant documents filed by the petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the last order dated 17.01.2025, the show cause of the opposite party no.6, the Additional Collector, Supaul has come annexing the order dated 22.1.2025 in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 05/2024-25 (State of Bihar vs. Sahdeo Das) by which an order has been passed that instead of 'Ramdeo Mukhiya' which was entered erroneously, the name 'Ramesh Kumar Mukhiya' be read.

4. Direction was given, an order has been passed, the petitioner if so wants can take legal route to challenge the same.

5. So far as the contempt part is concerned, this Court is convinced that the writ Court's order stands complied.
