2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Aandar P.S Case No. 70 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109 and 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons has assaulted the informant and her husband by means of lathis

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that all the petitioners and the informant are neighbors. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that occurrence is of 25.02.2025 but the FIR has been lodged on 11.03.2025 after the lapse of approx 15 days and for this no plausible explanation mentioned. He further submits that all the petitioners are pardanasin ladies and had never indulged in such type of occurrence. It is also submitted that all the petitioners have clean antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 03.06.2025, it appears that allegations leveled against the petitioners are general and omnibus and moreover considering the fact that petitioners are all ladies and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the above all named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
