Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that husband of the petitioner had died in harness on 31.01.2013, i.e., after the effective date 01.07.2006 and the claim has also been forwarded by the in-charge Headmaster of the School vide letter No.128/2022 dated 15.09.2022 and same is pending consideration till date before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya.

3. Considering the information that the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16512 of 2021(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 petitioner is pending to be considered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Gaya, he is directed to consider the case of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks without further delay.
