This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That by filing present writ application the petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Hon'ble High Court for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding upon the respondents to hand over physical possession of shop no. 218, 219 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10141 of 2024(6) dt.25-03-2025 2/3 217 in favour of the Petitioner No. 1, petitioner No. 2 and Petitioner No. 3 respectively in light of allotment Letter bearing numbers 174, 175 and 173 dated 09.03.2022 of the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board, Saran, Chapra."

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, a specific stand has been taken that as and when the petitioners deposit the entire amount due to the respondents, the shops will be allotted. It is further stated that the respondents have already issued letters to the petitioner herein to deposit the balance requisite amount.

4. In the rejoinder filed by the petitioner, it is categorically stated that the petitioner pursuant to the notices received from the respondents have already deposited the due amount and nothing remains to be paid.

5. Having regard to the above statements made by the petitioners, the official respondents are directed to verify whether the total amount has been received and in case the same is found to be correct, the allotment and physical possession of the shops shall be completed. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
