JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sohsarai P. S. Case No. 09 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R. the accused persons were arrested along with stolen motorcycle and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is shopkeeper and ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42825 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Sohsarai P. S. Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation.
