2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12132 of 2014 dt.24-09-2018 2/2 decision of this Court dated 06.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. 2926 of 2018,

In view of the averments made by the writ petitioners and the fact that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to take appropriate decision with regard to Time Bound Promotion/ACP in terms of existing norms and take final decision within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondents have also to examine the claim of petitioners in accordance with law.
4. The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the writ application.
5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
