JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as also learned counsel for the Informant. It is submitted that in their examination at the trial the witnesses have been inconsistent regarding the place of occurrence.

Counsel for the informant draws attention of the Court towards the prosecution case. The petitioner is said to have inflicted the fatal blow on the victim causing his death. The fatal blow has been given by an iron rod.

Considering the gravity of the allegations, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is accordingly, rejected.
