Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made in the paragraph no.4 of the counter affidavit, which shows that the present petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground and in that view of the matter the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
