At the outset, State Counsel has raised objection and submits that an appeal is maintainable against the said order, which remedy the petitioner has not availed.

We dispose of the writ petition with a direction that if the petitioner files an appeal before the Appellate Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.16381 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided within four weeks thereof.
