JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 The petitioner challenges order of the SDO, Pupri dated 13.6.2013, cancelling his PDS Lincense no.81/84 as well as appellate order dated 3.5.2013 on the ground that he merely mentioned his submissions and not the reasons for cancelling the license. The petitioner has also challenged the said order before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.

It is expected that the appellate authority will dispose of the appeal within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
