2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022, Sessions Trial No. 1124 of 2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.11.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64013 of 2023. It is further submitted that the trial has not progressed and in changed circumstances, prayer for grant of bail has been renewed.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
