The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S.Case No. 99 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the allegation made in the First Information Report that the petitioner supplied illegal fire arms to the co-accused Kanhaiya Lal Sharma and Shyam Nandan Paswan, who were apprehended and the petitioner and one Shambhu Mahto managed to escape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
