JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 Because of the earlier order of this Court dated 27.06.2019, the G.P.F. amount has now been credited in the account of the petitioner herein, however, the interest has been paid only up to the month of June, 2019.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statutory interest is required to be paid on the G.P.F. amount
Patna High Court CWJC No.12847 of 2019(3) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 for two months i.e. for the month of July & August, 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Departmental Authority for payment of the interest on the G.P.F. amount for the said two months i.e. the months of July & August, 2019.
