Petitioner seeks regular bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections, 413, 414/34 of I.P.C. corresponding to G.R.No.702/17.

Accusation against the petitioner is of selling theft motor cycle and when he was caught along with co-accused, Kundan Kumar by the informant with Apache motor cycle he could not show ownership paper of the said motor cycle. It has been submitted by the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, Kundan Kumar, has already been granted bail by the court below itself .Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.10.2017.
