2. The petitioner had moved for the following reliefs: "I.

For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/order/orders/direction/directions commanding the respondent No-4 (SubRegistrar) to register the sale-deed produced by the petitioner to sale his land situated at Mouza- Sanhauliganj, KhataNo159 Khesra No-1465. II. For issuance of any appropriate writ/writs/order/orders/direction/directions to which the petitioner is entitled in accordance with law."

3. The State has filed specific counter affidavit disputing the title and also the mode and manner of mutation by the vendor of the petitioner.

4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition to move before the authority concerned.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

6. In view thereof, the writ stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. If the petitioner moves before the concerned authority, in the present matter, the same shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.
