Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are parents and grand parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2017. Investigation is already complete. The petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59026 of 2017 (4) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tekari Police Station Case No. 234 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
