This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Antichak P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and informant are full brothers and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53939 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
