Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has filed an application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur on 01.12.2014 stating that the opposite party no. 2 has remarried and, therefore, is not now entitled to maintenance. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, fairly submitted that a direction be issued to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the aforesaid application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. Let the Principal Judge, Family court, Muzaffarpur hear the parties and pass a fresh orders in accordance with law,

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.589 of 2015(3) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 preferably within a period of three weeks from today. In the meantime, the order dated 11.06.2015 shall remain in abeyance.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
