This is an application for modification of the order dated 24.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21544 of 2020 wherein applicant was granted anticipatory bail by extending the period to surrender of the applicant in the court below. For the reasons stated in the application, time for furnishing bail bonds is extended for further four weeks. Needless to mentioned that the court below on whose file the case is pending shall accept bail bonds by exercising its own discretion.

Consequently, the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the applicant stands modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53173 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 extent mentioned above. The instant application is accordingly disposed of.
