Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,353/34 of Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act. Co-accused-Raushan Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Jha, standing on similar footing, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.1917 of 2021. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3345 of 2021(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 with Town Police Station Case No.214 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
