Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired merely on the basis of suspicion. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44679 of 2022(5) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
