Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 377/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,8,12 of POSCO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of unnatural offence against the minor son of the informant. Perused the case diary and material against the petitioner. There is allegation of commission of same type of offence against other minor students of the school also.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2017 and submission is of false implication as two full brothers of the petitioner are also accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57847 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 Considering the nature of material and allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Prayer is refused.

Accordingly, the application is rejected in connection with Bind P.S.Case No.28 of 2017 pending before the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nalanda.
