The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.201 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 269, 290, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 435, 392, 511, 504 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the police personnel at the time of procession of Muharum. This kind of behaviour of the petitioners cannot be tolerated in the society.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54389 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail is dismissed.
