The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 767 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been charge-sheeted for committing dacoity under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has offered to pay Rs. 25,000/- to the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2022 and he has one more case under Section 493 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.

The petitioner will visit Hilsa Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
