2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 316(5), 318(4) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, during course of inquiry, it was found that petitioner received three installments of Rs.40,000/- each by making one room along with the earlier house and shown the construction work of another place.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that after due verification of construction of the house of the petitioner under PMAY scheme, the said amount
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45991 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 has been released. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sheikhpura, in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) utkarsh/- U T
