Learned counsel for the petitioner is challenging the noninclusion of the name of the petitioner in the voter list of the year 2019.

Learned counsel for the respondents stated that the election has been held twice and, therefore, the cause of the present writ petition does not survive.

Counsel for the State submits that in case the name of the petitioner is not included, in the next voter list, he is free to challenge the same with regard to non-inclusion of name of the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to approach this Hon'ble Court if his name is not included in the voter list of 2024. (A. Abhishek Reddy , J) Shamshad/- U
