JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kauakol P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Suman had love affair with Rima Kumari, daughter of the petitioner. Rima Kumari was married to deceased Uttam Kumar @ Pappu. After one month of the marriage, Pappu was sleeping on the roof and his murder was committed by some un-known persons. The petitioners are also under suspicion. Submission is that there is no material to substantiate motive against the petitioners for commission of the murder of their son-in-law.

No.59492 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kauakol Police Station Case No. 81 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
