The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case in short is that mob of 19 named and 50-60 unknown persons having armed with different weapons, tried to get released the apprehended accused. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act has been

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019.
