Mr. Ajay Mishra, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of "Block Physical Teacher" on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Block Physical Teacher after

No.42850 of 2025(3) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 investigation of all his certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, after lodging of the present F.I.R., vide Resolution No. 5 of the Meeting No. 4 of the Block Education Committee dated 28.05.2025 (copy of which is Annexure-P/6 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner), services of the petitioner have already been dismissed. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, fact that appointment of petitioner has already been cancelled and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Vth, Kaimur (Bhabhua) in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 207 of
