The petitioner seeks bail in Kurtha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has been implicated in the instant case on the ground that one Mobile Phone has been recovered from his possession. He had purchased the Mobile from his neighbour and was using the same after inserting his own SIM, but during course of using the same, Police traced the said Mobile Phone through IMIE number of the theft Mobile which was recovered from house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2019 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Kurtha P.S.
