2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 575 of 2022 registered under section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol and five live cartridges from the petitioner. The petitioner is also involved in similar other cases. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45950 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1 Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 575 of 2022.

8. The petitioner will visit Triveniganj police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
