In this case, the petitioner has claimed for her appointment as Anganwari Sevika, was not knowing the fact about the actual appointment of any person on the said post, but the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received an instruction from the petitioner and could know that one Archana Kumari has been appointed as Anganwari Sevika. In such view of the matter, the petitioner may take legal action in accordance with Scheme of the Anganwari Sevika,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15328 of 2013 (3) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 before the appropriate Forum.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that under the R.T.I. Act, a complete fainted copy of appointment letter of Archana Kumari has been supplied, which is not readable and he makes a prayer that a fair and readable copy of appointment letter of Archana Kumari be handed over to him.
If the petitioner files an application for fresh copy of the appointment letter of Archana Kumari, this Court directs that the concerned authority will supply a fair and legible copy of appointment letter of Archana Kumari within two weeks from the date of filing of such application on payment of proper court-fees required, if any.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
