1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No.22199 of 2019, which has been dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 18.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the Registry have now stood removed, however, some delay has been caused in removal of the same on account of the earlier counsel not handling the case properly. In fact as soon as the file was handed over to the

Patna High Court MJC No.1436 of 2022(3) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 present counsel, necessary steps have been taken and the present petition has been filed for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.22199 of 2019 to its original file, subject to the Registry verifying as to whether the defects, pointed out by the Registry have been cured or not.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
