JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 07.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1492 of 2014 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a few cases. However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented. On the last occasion on 24.08.2018 as well, the petitioner was not represented.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3, in paragraph-5 whereof it has been stated that no supporting documents are being produced in support of the petitioner's claim who is not co-operating in this matter despite requests by the opposite party no. 2. It has further been stated that upon verification, the District Manager, State Food Corporation by letter no. 904 dated 09.08.2017 has informed that no paddy at all was delivered to the Purchasing Centre. It is also stated in paragraph-6 of the show cause that the petitioner falsely stated that he submitted representation on 02.01.2016 which was returned by Block Agriculture Officer, Paraiya.

4. Having regard to the stand in the show cause as above, which has not been controverted by the petitioner who has not been appearing to pursue this matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
