Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 8 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 8 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
