Petitioner retired from the post of Jeep driver in the work charge establishment from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Rural Work Department, Work Division, Rajgir, Nalanda, respondent no.9. He claims his GPF along with statutory interest. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.9, the Executive Engineer, Rural Work Division, Rajgir, Nalanda and in paras-3 and 4, it has been stated that the GPF amount with interest has been calculated and credited in the bank account of the petitioner which is Annexure-A series and B series to the counter affidavit. However counsel for the petitioner submits that the GPF amount along with interest has been calculated incorrectly.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.18174 of 2016(10) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no.9 who will dispose of the representation within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If the petitioner is not entitled to the claim so made in the representation, the same shall be communicated by a speaking order to the petitioner by registered post.
