JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Through this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the third paragraph of the order dated 18.04.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17597 of 2014.

It is stated that though it is recorded in the writ application that application was made for grant of licence of D.B.B.L. gun, however, in paragraph no.3 of the order, it is written that it was for N.P. Bore revolver/pistol. There is no opposition to the aforesaid prayer by the State.

Accordingly, let the order be deemed to have been passed with respect to the application of the petitioner for grant of licence for D.B.B.L. gun.

Patna High Court MJC No.2686 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2 / 2 The order dated 18.04.2016 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This disposes of this application.
