Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner in the instant writ application challenges the order dated 30.09.2013 passed in Case no. 43 of 2013 (Annexure 6) by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Patna.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of moving before the State Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Patna against the order impugned.

3. Let the petitioner filed an appropriate application/appeal before State Appellate Authority against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22047 of 2014(5) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 order impugned herein.

4. If the application is filed within a period 60 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall take into consideration, the period for which the instant application was being perused by the petitioner before this Court and shall proceed to decide the case on its merits.

5. The writ application stands disposed of with the above directions and observations.
