This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 504, 354 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me order dated 18.12.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.30371 of 2020 and order dated 04.01.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29539 of 2020, by which other similarly situated accused persons having same and similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2459 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- I, Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
