2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar in Appeal No. 07 of 2013 as well as Appeal No. 8 of 2013.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
