Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.160 of 2017, registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 308 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute petitioner has falsely been implicated, one wound on the nose is said to be grievous and rest are simple in nature, the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017 and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58004 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2 /2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.160 of 2017.
