2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the cause of action, he has also filed representation before the respondent no. 3 several times which are still pending. It was further submitted that the issue has been decided by the Court but still no order is being passed on the representation. He submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose off

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of one of which is Annexure-5 to the writ application, expeditiously and in any case within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
